AnyPDF (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the anypdf.app website and related services (the “Service”).

5. Document Processing

Documents are processed for the purpose of conversion and output generation. Files and outputs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary by plan and operational requirements.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use:

  • Essential cookies required for Service operation
  • Optional analytics cookies, subject to your consent where required

  • Uploaded documents and outputs are scheduled for deletion after a limited retention period.

13. California Privacy Rights

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to access and delete personal information. We do not sell personal information.

14. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
